Hillary Clinton Still Sending Mixed Messages, Spinning….

COMMENT/OPINION

According to Breitbart, At the Planned ParentHood Centennial Gala, Hillary Clinton is out and about touting the movie “Handmaid’s Tale,” in the hope of spurring on people not to give up on their abortion rights. Her feelings of course are very clear in her statement about abortion, in which she makes it very clear that anyone who wants to lead in abortion should understand that it is an issue of morality:

“[A]nyone who wants to lead should also understand that fundamentally, this is an issue of morality.” Yup, guess you need to throw out any shred of morality you have in order to lead this group.

It is a morality issue for sure, what side of the fence do you want to be on in this campaign of hers? Personally I’m on the other side of the fence, far away from her corrupting ways. There are certain medical issues which could call for an abortion, but this is far and away from “abortion on demand.”

During her campaigning, Hillary claimed to be religious. On the Wikipedia page it claims she has been a life long Methodist. The Methodist view on abortion seems to be the same as other Christian religions: The following is an excerpt from umc.org:

“The topic of abortion is complex. The United Methodist Church affirms these two sentences in The Social Principles:”

“Our belief in the sanctity of unborn human life makes us reluctant to approve abortion.”

“But we are equally bound to respect the sacredness of the life and well-being of the mother”

“and the unborn child. (Book of Discipline ¶161.J)”

At this gala, they seemed to be sending a message that they are looking to rebuild the DNC after the drastic loss in 2016. There are some Democrats such as Senator Chuck Shummer who said, as reported by theatlantic.com, “the party is strongly “pro-choice,” but remains a “big tent party.” Nancy Pelosi said “of course” it’s possible to be “pro-life” and be a Democrat, you have the support of the Democratic Party. Tom Perez, the chair of the Democratic National committee, meanwhile is facing harsh criticism within the party for remarks widely interpreted as saying that Democrats who oppose abortion were not welcome in the party.

Hillary seems to be sending the same message as Perez as far as I am concerned. Her statement in leading says to me, make up your mind which side you want to be on, pro-life or pro-abortion?

Hillary Clinton sites a book, “HandMaid’s Tale,” which is a fictional writing meant to scare women, if you ask me. Whether it’s propaganda or not, the reader would have to decide.

Funny thing is, the book talks about how religious groups are being annihilated and some have gone underground. This type of totalitarian government is what we were fighting by not voting for Hillary Clinton. But, she’s still spinning/mirroring even at the gala.

The author of this book, Margaret Atwood, talks about costumes worn in the book: “Many totalitarianisms have used clothing, both forbidden and enforced, to identify and control people — think of yellow stars and Roman purple — and many have ruled behind a religious front. It makes the creation of heretics that much easier.” What does that tell us about the Muslims that Hillary and Obama let in without proper vetting? Do they not control their women through clothing they wear? or genital mutilation?

To me she is sending a lot of mixed and spinning messages meant to confuse women. Again, she seems to have gotten off track in what her message should be. I am sure the men of America feel forgotten, left behind since she doesn’t talk/reference them at all. Is she the original Amazonian woman?

Your comments are always welcome.
